Cancellation policy

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by logging into their customer account and managing their subscription settings, or by contacting us at hightowertallows@yahoo.com. Cancellations must be requested at least 5 days before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming billing cycle. Orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded under this policy.
