All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of handcrafted skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Not Satisfied? If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out — we'll work with you on a rebate.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll resolve it promptly.
