Thank you for supporting Hightower Tallow Co.! We're a small-batch, handcrafted operation and we take care to get every order out promptly.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. During high-volume periods or product launches, processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.) Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hightowertallows@yahoo.com and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
