Is your tallow grass-fed?
Yes! All of our tallow is sourced from grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle. Grass-fed tallow is richer in beneficial nutrients like conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and fat-soluble vitamins compared to conventionally raised sources.
What skin types are your products suitable for?

How long will shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Storage & Shelf Life
How should I store my tallow products?
Store your tallow products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid leaving them in a hot car or near a window, as heat can cause the product to melt or change texture.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our products have a shelf life of approximately 12–18 months when stored properly. Because we use natural ingredients without synthetic preservatives, we recommend using your products within this timeframe for best results.
